FMQ Swirls

FMQ Swirls is all about helping you quilt beautiful, flowing swirls with confidence. 

In this class, you’ll learn five different swirl designs, starting with a simple, foundational swirl and then building on it with small, approachable modifications. I’ll guide you step-by-step through hooked swirls, smoky swirls, square swirls, and swirl chains.

This isn’t just a watch-and-wonder class. You’ll quilt every design right along with me, stitching each design into a practice sandwich and then applying your new skills to an actual quilt using the included free pattern. 

Each lesson is short, focused, and beginner-friendly. I’ll break down:

• How each swirl is constructed
• How it moves under the needle
• Where it works best in real quilts

By the end of the class, you won’t just know how to quilt swirls, you’ll understand them, recognize where to use them, and feel confident adding them to your own quilts.
